Zelit Terms of Serves
Species Rules and TOS
Zelits are a closed ARG based species that can only be obtained by Adoptables, Customs, MYO Tickets, and Events. Those who are found breaking these rules will not be permitted to enter raffles, character auctions, species events (Including MYO Events), and buy adoptables. You will not be permitted to enter official community platforms.
TOS
Selling "Unofficial Zelits"
Selling and distributing fake or unofficial Zelits is strictly prohibited. This act will prevent you from entering the official community, and will remove you from the community once found out. These decisions can be repealed at a later date if one is found to be remorseful and has changed.
Owning a "FAN ZELIT"
Zelits are made for ARG purposes. You can not participate with a Fan Zelit in the community. Fan Zelits do classify in the same umbrella term as “Unofficial” Zelits. I can not stop you from making one, but you will be prohibited from entering the Zelit Community and you will not be able to partake in official free events, and free Zelit slots, etc...

Even if you don’t have a character, you can join the community, do prompts with free to use characters, do fan works for Zelits you love and with some dedication you can get one! Please, if you want one that bad, put the work into doing it right​.
Community Toxicity
To cultivate a positive and supportive community I, and the Moderators, will not tolerate certain behaviors/actions.
People found being hostile to other species or characters with similar aesthetics to Zelits will have strikes put on their private records. If there is a species or character that you might see as a problem please contact the Official Mods... DO NOT GO TO THE PERSON IN QUESTION AND HARASS THEM!!! Mods will evaluate the issues and deal with it appropriately. That is their job in the fandom. DO NOT STEP IN YOURSELF!!! People seen doing this will be punished.

Aggressive/Toxic behavior
Excessive bragging over trait rarities
Indecent action towards minors
Provoking drama or aggression
Copying or stealing
Theft/ scamming
Petty behavior or unjustified call outs
Species lore breaking or clear disrespect of concept
Attempts to use Zelits to mirror other species like primagen, protogen, synths, etc..
Fighting over other species
Being rude to those outside of the fandom
Racism, sexism, homophobia, heterophobia, and other blatant forms of discrimination
Violations of these rules could result with you being removed from the fandom! Harmful/Toxic behavior is not tolerated.
Policies on Designs Alteration
You may make slight color alterations to Customs/Designs without purchasing Up-grands, Re-skins, or Version Upgrades (see Species Specifics for more info). This rule is to prevent people from re-designing characters that use new traits that would normally require payment to obtain.

You can also simplify a design when drawing designs as well. However, it must be recognizable to the original design. Minor changes must be approved by Admins. Have questions on design changes? Please message either FluxFur or a Moderator, we are here to help. If you are found to have purposefully changed the design without the correct add-on, you will be asked by mods to comply and by either getting the modifier or changing it more appropriately.

If you ignore these warnings your character will still be owned by you. But, it will no longer be able to garner rewards in events and you will not be able to participate in arg events... If changes still are not made you will be removed from the community (tho the character will still remain yours, and you are still permitted to sell the ORIGINAL DESIGN)​
Selling Your Character
Each Design has a set value that it can be later resold for, this is to stop people from overcharging or raising the price of their Zelit and reselling it for higher. The amount you can sell it for is listed on the character master-list entry. If you are found to be selling it for above its approved prices you will be added to an ‘on watch board’ and members of the community will be heavily discouraged from purchasing the character up for sale. You may also be banned from the community if you refuse to sell it for it’s approved price.
However, with that being said, we do value individuals that put a bit of love and development into their Zelits, meaning you can apply at any time to get your character’s value re-evaluated to raise its price for resale! This is within reason, we do not consider "emotional value" to be a legitimate reason for price raises. Things

If you have received a free Zelit and want to evaluate it, we only count items you have spent money on, your art and gift art do not count
Character Theft
Stealing other people's character is stickily forbidden and individuals caught doing so removed from the community. If you have questions regarding the legitimacy ownership of a character please refer to this website's master list, which is at all times updated with who owns what character.
Trading and Reselling
If a character's ownership is transferred from one party to another, Admin must be notified of this transaction and will update the list. This is to help lessen confusion and to ensure that our MasterList is up to date. After a trade or resale has gone through both parties must inform an admin or FluxFur of this event. Failure to do so may leave a character belonging to the wrong person and cause serious confusion down the road. Multiple offenses to this rule may bar you from purchasing Zeltis in the future.
Official Trait Changes or Removals
What happens if The species traits change? Does my character have to change to fit the new trait guidelines?​
Nope! I messed up not you…. It would be unfair of me to ask for you to change something that was already publicly established because I changed my mind. You can keep whatever trait or design aspect the same after the change.

However, there are certain circumstances where this clause may be repelled and changes will have to be made
However there are certain circumstance where this is repealed, if you are purposefully using this Claus to get ahead or put you above others or harm others, you will either be forced to make the new changes or be temp banned, mods (in this case) will do everything we can to aid you in making these changes, banning it always the last case. Just rule of thumb don’t use this to hurt or scam others or there will be a consequence.
Abuse of Trait System
If SomeOne is found to be abusing the trait system to bolster the value of Zelits before selling the Design at an Upcharge, they may be banned from using upgrade slots and credit vouchers in the future. The options to purchase upgrades should be viewed as a way of character progressions, and not to add value to a character for resale.
On the other hand, people attempting to abuse the overall reward system to the power play in the arg system will also have strikes put on their account and may be barred from participating in arg events. Note there is a difference between having a strong Zelit and crafting a Mary Sue to be troublesome and ruin the times of other players.
Abuse of Credit System
The Credit system is there to reward people for buying and making art of their character/ and participating in the community. Reward claim spamming is not acceptable, it puts a strain on the mods and reduces the overall value of credit… Users can only claim 3 items for credit appraisal each day. People found to be over-claiming may be temporarily banned from credit appraisals.
Interacting with No Zelit Species
We ask that you please be respectful of other species and the members of them, in both the way you design your character and the way you handle them in rp settings. You are an imastor for this community and toxic behavior from you makes the whole community look poor. Zelits are not meant to be a stand in for other closed species, they have their own established lore and systems, and thus should not be compared or used as a stand in for other species.
However with that being said we fully support out of species interactions, zelits are voyagers that were sent out by their creators to explore the stars, so feel free to rp with other sona’s and species.
People found doing will have strikes put on there accounts and if these offenses continue will be banned from the fandom internally.
Moderator Issues
No one is perfect and neither is our moderation team, if you have an issue with one of them or believe that they are not following the rules please go to FluxFur. We strive to create a positive and welcoming fandom, and that includes making you feel welcomed as well. If you feel a moderator is abusing their power or becoming an issue please do go to FluxFur and I see what I can do.
Bans and Appeals
If you are banned from the fandom for rule-breaking, you will be notified of what you did wrong, how long you are banned, and when you can apply to enter. This goes for both full bans and partial bans from events and upgrades.
bans can be for 1 month, 6 months, or indefinitely, with lighter bans on events it may only be for 1 week depending on its severity

everyone makes poor distinctions and can learn from them. If you feel that you have learned from your actions and have realized the error of your ways you can reapply to be allowed back into the fandom.
Behaviors Strike System
People can get strikes for a rarity for different reasons, and these are kept private so as to not out members of the fandom… However, if you are worried you’ve received a strike for your behavior feel free to dm an Admin or FluxFur.
Each Type of Strike has a different weight to it, and different infractions will not have the same declipine given out… Someone yelling obscenities in Voice Chat will not be treated the same as some abusing trait systems or stealing characters… Each account infraction is treated on a case by case scenario, and cases will be created for those being banned from the community. No One will be banned from the community without just cause.
